Get Connected With the Right Kendall Party Bus Rental
miami-party-bus.com is a quote-comparison website — not a transportation company, not a motor carrier, not a fleet operator. It's an easy way for you to fill out one quick request form and instantly see pricing and vehicle options from a network of independently owned bus and party bus companies serving Kendall, Miami-Dade County, and all of South Florida.
Here's the great news about that: because miami-party-bus.com doesn't own a single vehicle, you're never stuck looking at one company's limited availability. Instead, the site pulls options from a wide network of providers competing for your trip — different vehicle types, different price points, different amenity packages — so you can actually compare and find the right fit. No describing your trip over and over to a dozen different companies, no waiting on callbacks that never come.
One form, real pricing, fast. Call 305-507-0446 or fill out the online form to get a quote in under a minute — no obligation, no account required.

Your Kendall Bus Rental With Popular Amenities
A celebration night heading from Kendall to South Beach calls for something totally different than a corporate shuttle to Brickell — and the network reflects that. Party buses in the 15–50 passenger range typically come with wraparound perimeter seating, LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, and premium sound with Bluetooth connectivity. Sprinter vans and limos lean toward premium leather, USB charging at every seat, and tinted privacy windows — ideal for smaller groups that want a clean, executive feel.
Full-size charter buses are the call for larger groups making longer hauls, with reclining seats, overhead storage, climate control, and onboard restrooms for runs up to Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens or day trips to the Florida Keys. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, but the comparison tool puts everything side by side so you're not guessing.

One Quick Search, Your Kendall Party Bus Options
Coordinating transportation out of Kendall isn't always simple. The Florida Turnpike south of Kendall Drive backs up during rush hour, the Palmetto Expressway is a known bottleneck heading north toward MIA, and SW 88th Street through the heart of Kendall can crawl on weekend nights. Calling a single bus company and hoping they have your date covered is one option — or you use a site that pulls from an entire network at once.
miami-party-bus.com gives you instant access to different vehicle types, packages, and pricing from multiple providers serving Kendall and South Florida — all in one form. Compare a 20-passenger party bus against a 35-passenger minibus, weigh weekday rates against weekend rates, and find what actually fits your headcount and budget. No account to create, no obligation attached to a quote, no business hours to work around.
The site is available every day, at any hour. If you'd rather talk through the options with a person, call 305-507-0446 any time — available every day of the year to help put together a package that fits what you need.
Kendall Party Bus Services Available
miami-party-bus.com helps Kendall groups find transportation for every occasion — airport runs to MIA, game-day trips to Hard Rock Stadium, wedding shuttles across Miami-Dade, corporate transfers to Brickell, and celebration nights heading up to Wynwood or South Beach. Whatever your event, a bus in the network is ready for it. Call 305-507-0446 to get started!

Kendall Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Miami International Airport (MIA) (2100 NW 42nd Ave, Miami, FL 33142) sits roughly 16 miles north of central Kendall — and the route there is rarely straightforward. The Palmetto Expressway (SR-826) heading north from Kendall toward MIA is consistently one of the most congested stretches in Miami-Dade, particularly during the 7–9 a.m. and 4–7 p.m. windows. For groups flying in or out together — a family reunion, a corporate team, a wedding party — trying to coordinate multiple rideshares during those windows means staggered arrivals, surge pricing, and someone always running late.
A private Kendall airport shuttle through miami-party-bus.com puts the whole group in one vehicle on a single, predictable schedule. Once the group is through baggage claim and assembled curbside at the agreed-upon arrivals door, the bus is there — no surge pricing, no guessing. MIA's commercial pickup points include Door 15 at the North Terminal and Doors 20, 24, and 26 at the Central Terminal.
Gather first, then call the bus — timing at a high-traffic airport is everything. Call 305-507-0446 to set up your Kendall airport shuttle.

Kendall Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Kendall is a popular home base for bachelor and bachelorette groups heading north to Wynwood, South Beach, or Brickell for the night — and the gap between "leaving Kendall" and "arriving at the first bar" is where a lot of the planning stress lives. SW 8th Street through Little Havana, US-1 through Coconut Grove, and Brickell Avenue all see serious weekend night congestion that makes coordinating multiple cars a real headache.
A Kendall bachelorette party bus in the 20–40 passenger range solves that immediately: one pickup at your Kendall address, one vehicle that moves the whole group from stop to stop, and one ride home at the end of the night on your schedule — not whenever a rideshare surge decides to calm down. A 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $275–$375 per hour on weekends. Popular stops for Kendall groups heading north include Palace South Beach, LIV at Fontainebleau (4441 Collins Ave, Miami Beach), STORY (136 Collins Ave), and E11even Miami (29 NE 11th St).
Call 305-507-0446 to check availability on your date.

Kendall Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Kendall has one of the highest concentrations of quinceañera celebrations in all of Miami-Dade County — and a party bus entrance is one of the most memorable parts of the whole event. Whether the reception is at a banquet hall along SW 107th Avenue, a venue in Doral, or a reception space in West Kendall, a party bus in the 20–40 passenger range is the go-to vehicle for guest transportation between the ceremony and the celebration.
For adult milestone birthdays, a Kendall birthday party bus that takes the group from your neighborhood out to Wynwood Brewing Company (565 NW 24th St, Miami) or up to Brickell's rooftop bar circuit is a much smoother plan than splitting into separate cars and trying to meet up at every stop. Party buses typically come with LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, Bluetooth sound, and perimeter seating — ready to go from the first pickup. Call 305-507-0446 to compare vehicle options and pricing for your date.

Kendall Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of South Florida's major concert venues sit well north of Kendall, which means the trip home after a late show is almost always fighting post-event traffic on the Turnpike or I-95. Hard Rock Stadium (1 Hard Rock Stadium Way, Miami Gardens) hosts stadium-level touring acts where NW 199th Street closes in the hours before doors open. Kaseya Center (601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami) draws touring artists year-round, with official bus drop-off at Gate 3 on NE 8th Street — steps from the box office.
The FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park hosts outdoor shows where rideshare demand spikes hard after the last song.
A Kendall concert bus rental handles the pickup in your neighborhood, gets the group to the venue entrance, and — critically — is already booked for the ride home when 20,000 people are all chasing the same handful of rideshare cars at the same time. Call 305-507-0446 to nail down your date.

Kendall Corporate Event Transportation
Kendall is home to a significant number of corporate parks and regional offices along the SW 88th Street and SW 137th Avenue corridors — and getting teams from those offices into downtown Miami or Miami Beach for events, conferences, or off-site meetings means navigating the Palmetto or the Turnpike during peak hours. The Miami Beach Convention Center (1901 Convention Center Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139) is approximately 30 miles from central Kendall on a good traffic day — and South Beach congestion on Washington Avenue can add unpredictable time to any approach.
A Kendall corporate shuttle — whether a 15-passenger minibus for an executive team or a full charter bus for a larger staff event — keeps everyone on the same schedule, eliminates parking coordination headaches, and lets the team focus on the meeting rather than the commute. Minibuses in the 15–35 passenger range run $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and are the right size for most corporate transfers. Call 305-507-0446 to discuss group rates and package options.

Kendall Private Event Transportation Services
Large private events in Kendall — family reunions, church retreats, school organization outings, community group gatherings — often involve multiple pickup points spread across a wide suburban footprint, which is exactly the kind of logistics that breaks down fast when you're relying on carpools. West Kendall's residential grid, with addresses stretching well past SW 157th Avenue, means coordinating a dozen individual cars to one departure point adds 45 minutes of chaos to the front end of any event.
A Kendall private charter bus or party bus consolidates all of that into one vehicle on one route — whether it's a same-day trip to Zoo Miami (12400 SW 152nd St, Miami, FL 33177), a group outing to Everglades National Park, or a multi-stop day through Miami-Dade. Charter buses in the 40–56 passenger range run $200–$350 per hour, making per-person costs genuinely reasonable for larger groups. Call 305-507-0446 to talk through what a package for your event looks like.

Kendall Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Kendall and West Kendall are home to several major Miami-Dade County high schools, including Miami Killian, Miami Southwest, and Christopher Columbus High School — all of which hold proms during the late April through May window when demand for party bus rentals across Miami-Dade spikes sharply. That six-week window is the single busiest period of the year for the South Florida party bus market, and groups that wait until March or April routinely find their preferred vehicle already booked or significantly more expensive than it would have been in December.
For prom: book by December. Waiting will cost you — both in price and in availability. Kendall prom party bus options through miami-party-bus.com include vehicles in the 15–50 passenger range so the group can all ride together regardless of size.
Use the online form to check what's available on your date, or call 305-507-0446 right now to lock it in.

Kendall School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Kendall's position in southwest Miami-Dade puts schools within easy reach of some of the region's best field trip destinations — Zoo Miami (12400 SW 152nd St) is practically a neighbor, the Frost Science Museum (1101 Biscayne Blvd) is a straight shot up US-1, and Everglades National Park's main entrance at Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center is roughly 45 minutes southwest via SW 344th Street. The challenge is always coordinating the transportation without the chaos of a yellow school bus convoy through Miami-Dade traffic.
A Kendall school field trip charter bus carries the whole class in one vehicle, keeps the group together from pickup to drop-off, and takes the navigation entirely off the teachers' plates. Larger buses include PA systems, overhead storage, and onboard restrooms — a significant upgrade for longer runs toward the Glades. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; mention it when requesting your quote.
Call 305-507-0446 to get a quote for your school group.

Kendall Sporting Event Transportation
Kendall fans heading to a Dolphins or Miami Hurricanes game at Hard Rock Stadium (1 Hard Rock Stadium Way, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) are looking at a trip that runs about 25–30 miles north on the Turnpike — manageable on a normal day, but a completely different situation on a sold-out game day when NW 199th Street shuts down and the Turnpike backs up miles before the exit. Rideshare pickup post-game is in Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex, which is an estimated 25-minute walk from the stadium gates — fine if you want the exercise, rough after a three-hour game.
A Kendall charter bus to Hard Rock Stadium means the group rides up together — no convoy of cars, no hunting for Lot 44 in the dark — and the ride home is already handled. Marlins fans heading to loanDepot park (501 Marlins Way, Miami, FL 33125) will find bus parking on NW 5th Street between 16th and 17th Avenue along West Lot 3. Call 305-507-0446 to get game-day pricing for your group.

Kendall Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Kendall and the surrounding South Miami-Dade area have a strong concentration of wedding venues — from banquet halls along SW 107th Avenue to garden venues in Pinecrest and reception spaces near Coral Gables. Getting wedding guests from hotel blocks (typically clustered near the Turnpike or US-1 corridors) to a ceremony venue and then on to a reception site is where guest transportation plans either hold together or fall apart completely.
A Kendall wedding shuttle — whether a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for the bridal party or a 35-passenger minibus for the guest shuttle circuit — takes the routing entirely off the couple's plate. Nobody in formalwear should be navigating Kendall Drive construction or hunting for parking at a Pinecrest reception venue. A Sprinter limo runs $225–$350 per hour on weekends; a minibus runs $200–$275 per hour.
Because miami-party-bus.com makes it easy to lock in the details up front, the shuttle schedule can be built to fit your ceremony timeline exactly. Call 305-507-0446 to get your wedding transportation sorted.

Kendall Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Kendall's pub and brewery scene has grown significantly along the SW 88th Street corridor and deeper into West Kendall, and the wider South Florida craft beer circuit is worth exploring beyond the neighborhood. Schnebly Redland's Winery & Brewery (30205 SW 217th Ave, Homestead, FL 33030) sits about 20 miles south of Kendall in the Redland agricultural district — a genuine South Florida winery experience with a tropical fruit wine lineup and a tasting room that's consistently popular with group tours. Gravity Brewlab (7320 SW 117th Ave, Miami, FL 33183) is practically in Kendall's backyard and a great local stop.
A Kendall winery tour bus rental through miami-party-bus.com keeps the group together across every stop — no splitting the group into separate cars between Homestead and Coconut Grove. A 20–30 passenger party bus with Bluetooth sound and perimeter seating is a natural fit for this kind of multi-stop itinerary. Call 305-507-0446 to check pricing on your date.

Frequently Asked Questions About Kendall Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
miami-party-bus.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is miami-party-bus.com?
miami-party-bus.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company, a motor carrier, or a transportation provider of any kind. The site gives you a single place to fill out one quote request and instantly compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, Sprinter vans, and Sprinter limos from a network of independently owned providers serving Kendall and the greater Miami-Dade area — so you're never limited to one company's inventory.
How does miami-party-bus.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — into the online form. The site returns available vehicle options and pricing from providers serving your area, all on one screen. Compare vehicle types, packages, and rates side by side, then reach out by phone or form to move forward with the option you want.
No account required, no obligation attached to a quote. Call 305-507-0446 any time if you'd rather talk through it with someone directly.
How much does a party bus cost in Kendall?
Kendall party bus rental prices depend on vehicle size, the day of the week, and how many hours you need. A 25-passenger party bus typically runs $250–$350 per hour on weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends. A minibus runs $200–$250 per hour on weekdays.
A full 56-passenger charter bus generally lands in the $200–$350 per hour range. Per-day packages vary by vehicle and provider. Those are planning benchmarks — your actual rate depends on your specific date and itinerary.
Call 305-507-0446 or use the online form to get a quote for your trip in under a minute.
What size bus do I need for my Kendall group?
For groups up to 14, a Sprinter limo or Sprinter van is usually the right call — easy to maneuver on Kendall's suburban streets and practical for airport runs or small celebration nights. Groups of 15–35 are well served by a minibus, which handles everything from wedding guest shuttles to corporate transfers without the bulk of a full charter bus. Groups of 36 and up should look at 40–56 passenger charter buses, particularly for longer hauls to Hard Rock Stadium, PortMiami, or day trips to the Keys.
If you're unsure, call 305-507-0446 — the team can match your headcount to the right vehicle quickly.
Does miami-party-bus.com serve areas outside Kendall?
Yes — miami-party-bus.com connects you with transportation across all of Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and South Florida broadly. If your trip starts in Kendall but ends at PortMiami, Hard Rock Stadium, or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, providers in the network handle the full route. The full service area covers every major corridor in South Florida.
Call 305-507-0446 to confirm availability for your specific route.
Can I book a one-way trip, or does the bus have to return?
One-way packages are available through providers in the network — a common setup for airport transfers from Kendall to MIA, cruise drop-offs at PortMiami, or event shuttles where the group is staying downtown after the event. Round-trip and multi-day packages are also available. When you fill out the quote form or call 305-507-0446, mention whether you need a one-way or round-trip — it directly affects pricing and availability, so the sooner that detail is in the quote, the better.
Where does the bus park while my group is at a venue or event?
This depends entirely on the venue. At Hard Rock Stadium, charter buses use coordinated approach routes and designated lots — and the official Hard Rock Stadium parking page has current lot assignments. At loanDepot park, bus parking is on NW 5th Street between 16th and 17th Avenue along West Lot 3.
At Kaseya Center, official drop-off is at Gate 3 on NE 8th Street. For most other venues — restaurants, breweries, banquet halls — the bus stages nearby on a public street or parking area. When you book, confirm the venue's specific access rules so there are no surprises on arrival.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Kendall?
For most events, booking 2–4 weeks out gives you solid availability and reasonable pricing. For peak dates — prom season (late April through May), Dolphins home games (September through January), New Year's Eve, and any weekend near Art Basel Miami Beach (early December) — plan for at least 3–6 months out. Prom is the clearest example: high schools across Kendall and West Kendall all hold proms within the same 6-week window, and demand across Miami-Dade spikes accordingly.
For prom, book by December. For everything else, the earlier you call 305-507-0446, the better your vehicle selection and pricing will be.
Popular Kendall Party Bus Destinations
Kendall groups travel all over South Florida — and the destinations below are some of the most common routes. Here's what to know about each one before you book, so there are no surprises on the day of your trip.

Zoo Miami
Zoo Miami (12400 SW 152nd St, Miami, FL 33177) is the largest zoo in Florida and one of the only tropical zoos in the continental United States — covering more than 750 acres and home to roughly 2,000 animals. For Kendall groups, it's essentially a local destination: the main entrance sits just a few miles south of the Kendall/Sunset area along SW 152nd Street. Group admission is available for parties of 20 or more, and advance booking is strongly recommended for weekend visits when the main lot on SW 152nd Street fills quickly.
Charter buses and larger vehicles use the main parking area; bus drop-off is at the main entrance on SW 152nd Street. The zoo is open daily 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A 40–56 passenger charter bus is the right call for school groups and large family outings.
Call 305-507-0446 to get a quote for your group.

Schnebly Redland's Winery & Brewery
Schnebly Redland's Winery & Brewery (30205 SW 217th Ave, Homestead, FL 33030) is the southernmost winery in the continental United States, producing wines from tropical fruits grown in the surrounding Redland agricultural district — avocado, passion fruit, lychee, and more. The property includes a large tasting room, a lush tropical pool bar area, and a food menu, making it one of the most popular group outing destinations in South Miami-Dade. It sits about 25 miles south of Kendall via the Florida Turnpike to US-1, or through the back roads of the Redland.
Weekend afternoons regularly draw large crowds, and the parking lot can fill on busy Saturdays. A party bus or minibus from Kendall is the practical solution — no one has to navigate the rural Redland roads after an afternoon of wine tasting. Call 305-507-0446 to set up your South Florida winery tour.
Address: 30205 SW 217th Ave, Homestead, FL 33030 | Phone: (305) 242-1224

Everglades National Park
Everglades National Park's main visitor entrance at the Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center (40001 State Road 9336, Homestead, FL 33034) is roughly 40–45 miles southwest of Kendall via the Florida Turnpike and US-1 through Homestead. The park is the largest subtropical wilderness in the United States, covering 1.5 million acres, and a popular destination for school groups, eco-tours, and large family outings from across Miami-Dade. Oversized vehicles and buses are permitted on the main park road and at Royal Palm (the primary trailhead), Anhinga Trail, and the Flamingo area — the park recommends confirming access for larger vehicles when planning group visits.
The Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center is open daily 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. A charter bus keeps the group together for what is essentially a 90-minute round trip from Kendall, and the onboard restroom on select vehicles is a genuine asset on a day trip this long. Call 305-507-0446 to check charter bus availability.
Address: 40001 State Road 9336, Homestead, FL 33034 | Phone: (305) 242-7700

Hard Rock Stadium
Hard Rock Stadium (1 Hard Rock Stadium Way, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) hosts Miami Dolphins games, University of Miami Hurricanes football, major touring concerts, the annual Orange Bowl, the Miami Open tennis tournament, and Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix events. For Kendall groups, the trip runs about 25–30 miles north on the Florida Turnpike — straightforward on a normal day, but a Dolphins game night on a Monday or Thursday can have the Turnpike backed up well south of the NW 199th Street exit. Post-game rideshare pickup is in Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex (3000 NW 199th St, Miami Gardens) — an estimated 25-minute walk from the stadium gates.
The full Hard Rock Stadium bus guide covers drop-off zones, lot assignments, and road closure timing. A charter bus from Kendall drops the group together and is already arranged for the ride home. Check the official Hard Rock Stadium parking page for current lot and closure information before game day.

Vizcaya Museum & Gardens
Vizcaya Museum and Gardens (3251 South Miami Avenue, Miami, FL 33129) is a National Historic Landmark — a 70-room Italian Renaissance-style villa built in 1916, surrounded by roughly 10 acres of formal gardens on a 50-acre bayfront estate overlooking Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove. From Kendall, the trip runs north on US-1 through South Miami and into Coconut Grove, where South Miami Avenue parking is limited on weekends and the side streets around the museum fill fast. Vizcaya is open daily except Tuesday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with general admission starting at $25 for adults.
Group tour access requires advance coordination through Vizcaya's group reservations team at (305) 860-8442 or group.tours@vizcaya.org. Passenger drop-off uses the Entrance Drive on South Miami Avenue, with bus parking arrangements made in advance — check the official Vizcaya directions page for current group logistics. A minibus is the practical fit for most Kendall groups visiting Vizcaya.

Wynwood Arts District
Wynwood is about 20 miles north of Kendall via the Palmetto Expressway to I-95 or via US-1 through Coral Gables and into Midtown Miami — and the area is genuinely difficult to navigate by car on weekend nights. The streets around NW 2nd Avenue and NW 24th Street are aggressively permit-zoned for residents, private lots tow without hesitation, and metered street parking on weekend nights is a scavenger hunt. Wynwood Walls (2520 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33127) anchors the district and draws massive crowds during Art Basel Miami Beach (early December), when blocks around NW 2nd Avenue are at capacity from Thursday through Sunday.
Wynwood Brewing Company (565 NW 24th St) and Wynwood Kitchen & Bar are popular group stops on the food and beer circuit. A party bus from Kendall drops the group curbside on NW 2nd Avenue and stages nearby while everyone explores — no parking scramble, no losing half the group to separate rideshares. For any December Art Basel visit, book the bus 6–8 weeks out minimum.
